This well-designed set lets you create a versatile feeding and watering station for wild birds right on your balcony, patio, or in your garden. The system combines a birdbath and feeder in a flexible design, allowing you to switch between water and food depending on the season. The open design provides birds with natural access from all directions and also allows for excellent observation of your feathered visitors.

The set includes two different ceramic bowls: a closed bowl for fresh water and a feeding bowl with integrated drainage holes. This allows you to adapt the system to the birds' needs and the season at any time.

• Alternatively, both variants can be switched as needed.

The raised suspension also ensures that birds are better protected from cats and that rodents cannot access the bird food.

Easy assembly without tools

Assembly step by step

1. Place the roof on the stainless steel ring.
2. Securely fix with the screw sleeve.
3. Screw the holder into the socket at the top.
4. Insert the desired ceramic bowl into the ring.
5. The integrated groove in the bowl fits precisely into the ring and secures it.
6. Hang the system on a balcony, terrace or tree.

If the existing suspension is too short, the height can easily be extended with a chain or a sturdy rope.

Stable and storm-proof construction

The precisely fitting connection between the ring and the ceramic bowl ensures a particularly stable construction that hangs reliably even in windy conditions.

Hygiene and cleaning

A clean water and feeding station is important for the health of the birds. Therefore, the bowl should be cleaned regularly.

Recommended cleaning

1. Remove the bowl from the ring.
2. Clean thoroughly with water and a brush.
3. For heavier soiling, use natural vinegar cleaner.
4. Rinse with clean water.
5. Replace the tray and refill.

Cleaning every two days is recommended, especially in warm temperatures or with intensive use.

Water source also useful in winter

Birds need water even during the cold season. Since many natural water sources freeze, a regularly filled birdbath can be very helpful.

Winter tips

• Remove frozen water regularly.
• Refill the bowl with warm water
• The ceramic is frost-resistant and will not be damaged by ice.

This way, the water source remains usable for wild birds even in freezing temperatures.

Feeding also in summer

In many regions, the natural food supply for birds is becoming increasingly scarce. Experts are therefore increasingly recommending supplementary summer feeding with specially formulated birdseed. These mixes are available in specialist shops and provide particular support for birds during the breeding and rearing season.

The system was developed in collaboration with the Italian designer and ornithologist Luca Galmarini. The aim was to combine functional design, species-appropriate use, and modern aesthetics for gardens and balconies.
