Retriever leash “Leather Hunter” – leash & collar in one

The retriever leash from the "Leather Hunter" collection is traditionally handcrafted in our Munich workshop . It is made of vegetable-tanned cowhide leather and combines collar and leash in one functional system.

Retriever leads are particularly practical because they can be attached and detached in seconds. They are ideal for dog sports such as agility, for hunting, and for everyday use.

Function & Handling

The integrated knot on the collar serves as a limiter for the neck circumference and prevents choking when there is tension on the leash.

An adjustable leather stop prevents the collar from opening too wide. Additionally, the retriever leash can be individually adjusted via the knotted ring to suit the dog owner's height.

Material & workmanship

Vegetable-tanned cowhide

The retriever leash is made from particularly soft and robust cowhide leather , which is vegetable-tanned in a German tannery. The leather is then treated with natural oils and waxes.

This type of tanning ensures natural color nuances and allows for the development of an individual patina over time.

Only leather from free-range animals is used for the food industry.

Care instructions

Regularly wipe the retriever leash with a dry cloth. If necessary, we recommend conditioning it with "Bee" leather care product.
