The Toy Bone combines high-quality manufacturing with a well-thought-out shape and durable materials. The specially designed recess is adapted to the dog's snout, allowing for comfortable pickup. Well-designed shape and comfortable padding

The soft padding makes the toy comfortable for the mouth and teeth. At the same time, the double-reinforced seams ensure a robust construction that can reliably withstand even boisterous play.

Without squeaker and small parts

The Toy Bone comes without a squeaker and loose small parts. This keeps the design deliberately uncomplicated and focused on playing with your dog.

High-quality materials from European manufacturing

The outer fabric is a durable cotton blend with long-staple cotton and a grammage of 300 g/m². The densely woven 3/1 twill fabric is characterized by its robust and hard-wearing structure.

The cotton content is GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. The Dry-Fit-Comfort fabrics, manufactured in the EU, are tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The M7-T material composition has also been developed for easy cleaning at high temperatures.

Dimensionally stable filling

Inside is a patented Dry-Fit-Comfort filling with a back-to-shape function. It supports the toy's dimensional stability and contributes to the comfortable padding.

Manufactured quality from Germany

Great care is taken in the manufacturing process, with attention to detail. The twill fabric used has a 3/1 weave. The fabrics are ironed at over 100 °C and 3 bar pressure before cutting. The pieces are then handcrafted and processed using a sturdy quilt-stitch method.

The seams are double-reinforced, and each product is finally checked by hand. The result is a carefully crafted dog toy of manufacturing quality.

Hygienically washable at 95 °C

The entire toy can be washed at up to 95 °C. The high washing temperature allows for thorough removal of saliva, dirt, and odors from the fabric. The easy cleaning is also practical for households with high hygiene requirements.

Care and cleaning

Before washing

• First, shake out coarse dirt and loose hair.
• If heavily matted, a vacuum cleaner can be used to lighten the load on the washing machine.
• Treat stubborn stains before washing, if necessary.

Washing cycle

• Add 50 ml of the recommended Doctor Bark textile detergent and conditioner to the detergent compartment.
• Alternatively, dose a conventional delicate detergent according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Do not use fabric softener or silicone remover.
• A gentle cycle with a maximum of 800 rpm is recommended.
• Washing or tennis balls can help maintain the filling volume.

Drying

After washing, shake the toy lightly and place it in the tumble dryer with washing or tennis balls for gentle drying. Alternatively, air drying in a warm, well-ventilated place is possible. This takes about 3–4 hours. During this time, shake the toy several times and gently reshape it.
