Wild bee house flower

A home for busy pollinators

Wild bees are among the most important helpers in our gardens. They pollinate fruit trees, vegetables, and flowering plants, making a crucial contribution to bountiful harvests. With the wild bee flower, you create a safe nesting place for these valuable insects and simultaneously make an active contribution to species conservation.

Species-appropriate nesting aid for solitary bees

This decorative wild bee flower offers 48 nesting tubes of varying diameters, making it ideal for many common solitary bee species. Each tube serves as a protected breeding site where bees lay their eggs and feed their larvae.

Thoughtful design for safe offspring

• 48 nesting tubes with different diameters
• Woodpecker-proof – nesting tubes cannot be pecked open.
• Smoothly shaped tubes without sharp edges
• No risk of injury to sensitive insect wings

Durable natural ceramics

Made from high-quality CeraNatur® ceramic, this nesting aid impresses with its particularly robust and weatherproof construction. The material has a climate-regulating effect, protects against mold growth, and ensures a stable microclimate inside the nesting tubes. Heat stored during the day is released again at night – ideal conditions for the development of the brood.

• Frost-resistant and UV-resistant
• Seawater resistant
• Easy to clean and durable
• Handmade in Germany
• 15-year material warranty

Easy assembly in the garden

Thanks to the sturdy rope, the wild bee flower can be easily attached to trees, walls, fences, or buildings. The location should be sunny and sheltered from the wind. It is important that the bees have a clear flight path so they can easily reach their nesting tubes. Additional rain protection is not necessary.

The nesting box remains in place all year round. Cleaning is not required.

Bee knowledge – fascinating life cycle

In spring, wild bees create several brood cells in their nesting tubes. Each cell is filled with a supply of pollen and nectar, known as "bee bread." After a few days, the larvae hatch, develop further in the cocoon, and overwinter in the protected nest until the following spring.

In Central Europe, there are over 500 species of wild bees, many of which are considered endangered. By providing suitable nesting aids, you can actively support their reproduction and simultaneously promote natural pollination in your garden.
