Little paws. Lots of happiness.

Our dog food guide asks about life stage, weight, activity and your preferences for food type and ingredients. It suggests products from the complete dog foods included in the guide. It does not recommend food automatically for known allergies or medical conditions; these require veterinary nutrition advice.

Our food and portion guide shows grams per day and portions per meal where suitable feeding information is available. You can also account for treats and mixed feeding. The calculated quantity is a starting point for healthy dogs at a normal weight. Check weight and tolerance regularly.

Our lead, collar and harness finder considers your dog’s measurements, your walks and your preferred colours and materials to help you narrow down the products. The optional breed selection adds fit guidance, but does not replace measuring your dog.

Measure your dog while standing and compare the measurements with the individual product’s size chart. For a collar, measure the neck; for a harness, measure the chest behind the front legs and any additional areas required by the model. The illustrated measuring guide in our product finder shows the measuring points. Always follow the guidance provided with the product as well.

Check the delivery time on the product page for your selected option. Made-to-order items take longer. We'll send you a confirmation when your order ships.

Our returns policy explains cancellation, returns and any exceptions. Please contact us if you have any questions.
