To ensure that you and your dog enjoy the custom-made or adjustable collar, it is important to measure the size correctly. We have created a measuring guide for these collars for you.
Please review the instructions carefully.

Tip: If your dog is between two sizes or is still growing, we recommend the larger size.
Option 1: "Measure directly on the dog"
Please use a flexible tape measure to get the exact measurement. It's best to have your dog sit and measure at the spot where the collar will sit. Make sure not to place the tape measure too loosely around the neck.
Option 2: "Measure directly on the collar"
A well-fitting collar is the best and safest option. Since you are measuring the inner circumference, it doesn't matter if it's a leather, Biothane, or nylon collar.
Close the collar in the appropriate hole and lay it in front of you. Then, use a tape measure to measure the inner circumference of the collar. Important: The tape measure must lie flush against the inside of the collar, with no gaps.
And please do not measure this way:
- do not measure the collar lengthwise
- do not measure at the wrong spot on the neck
- do not measure too loosely around the dog's neck
- when measuring directly on the collar, do not lay the tape measure too loosely, creating gaps
