Product Overview

Doctor Bark Washing and Care Agent 500ml – suitable for cleaning Doctor Bark dog beds and textiles. This detergent is mentioned for full washing at 95°C as part of the care recommendations for Doctor Bark dog blankets. Use the product according to the following application instructions.

Application & Dosage

Before washing: Shake out coarse dirt and hair or remove with a vacuum cleaner. If necessary, pre-treat stubborn stains with a stain spray or microfiber cloth. Turn dog beds inside out before washing.

Washing: Pour 50 ml of Doctor Bark Textile Washing & Care Agent into the detergent dispenser. If you are using a conventional delicate detergent, follow the manufacturer's dosing instructions. Make sure the detergent does not contain fabric softener or silicone remover. Select the "delicate cycle" with a maximum spin speed of 800 rpm. Use washing balls or normal tennis balls so that the filling regains its volume after washing.

Drying: Lightly fluff as you would a down comforter and place in the dryer with washing or tennis balls on the "gentle dry" setting. Alternatively, air dry in a warm, well-ventilated place (dries in approx. 3–4 hours). During air drying, shake several times and gently pull into shape repeatedly.

Materials

• Outer fabric: Cotton blend fabric, long-staple cotton, UV-resistant, 300 g/sqm fabric weight, Dry-Fit-Comfort fabrics, made in the EU, free of harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex 100 (test no. 08-6223 Shirley).
• Cotton content certified according to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).
• Filling: patented Dry-Fit-Comfort filling, breathable with back-to-shape function.
• Material processing and manufacturing: Twill weave with 3/1 weaving; pre-treatment at 3 bar pressure and over 100°C; hand-cut; quilt stitch process; manual final inspection.

Care Instructions

All Doctor Bark dog blankets are washed entirely at 95°C, not just the cover. Preparation: Shake out hair, use a vacuum cleaner for heavy shedding, pre-treat stains, turn dog beds inside out. Dosage: 50 ml of Doctor Bark Textile Washing & Care Agent into the detergent dispenser. Do not use fabric softener or silicone remover. Washing program: Delicate cycle, max. 800 rpm. Restore volume: Use washing or tennis balls. Drying: Gentle drying in a tumble dryer or air drying in a warm, well-ventilated place (approx. 3–4 hours). During drying, shake several times and pull into shape.
